[info-3dldf] Work resumed on GNU 3DLDF

Hello,

After a very long hiatus, I've begun work on GNU 3DLDF again.  Some months ago 
I was
notified that the program wouldn't compile.  I've now fixed the problem, at 
least on
my computer.  It now compiles and links using GCC version 9.3.0.

The updated source files have been uploaded to the Git repository at Savannah:

The next task will be to try to eliminate the warnings that now occur when 
compiling.
This shouldn't be difficult.

After that, the most urgent task will be to update the manual.  The existing 
manual
was written before I had written the scanner and parser and so does not 
document use of
the program interactively.
