Don't know what caused your first few errors, but this one is usually because a
file with the same name was added from another workspace and committed before
this one.

There's a link to the docs and an FAQ from http://CVSHome.org . Don't use the
CVSHome FAQ-o-matic, though. Use Pascal Molli's or the text file in the source
distribution. And there's a mail archive for this list and bug-cvs available
from http://www.mail-archive.com .
