I'm assuming you have RedHat's default 1.10.7 rpm installed and are
trying to install a 1.11 rpm as I'm not sure how else you would get
conflicts.
The command you are looking for is probably 'rpm -Uhv cvs*.rpm'. 'man
rpm' for more.
