CVS uses RCS files to store revision history. Just initialize your cvs
repository with "cvs init" (this creates a subdirectory in your
cvsroot called CVSROOT that contains some administrative files), then
move all your RCS ,v files into a directory hierarchy below your
cvsroot. That's it, you're done!
