Excuse me, but what's your *real* question?  See
http://cr.yp.to/ucspi-tcp.html if you don't like the "inetd"
word.  Otherwise provide some background as to what actually
struck you!

BTW:  This has been discussed here last week already.  Reading
must be really difficult ...
