How does installed it? As pserver or as local access to the repository?

You can move the repositories to an other harddisk in the
case of pserver or local access, but you have to change the
Root file entry in the checkout'ed copies of the developers
(There exists a script cvschroot to do this).
You have to be sure everyone has checked in and
the main part you have to make a backup of the repositories
and then move it to the new machine.
further detailed question? just write an e-mail...
Kind regards.
