For wich special features or else-not-traceable things can and would I
use history?

Or wich other commands, files, etc can I look at?

more specific: I'm looking for previous merges, added/removed (on main
trunk or branch)files, activities on whole/partialy modules.

I realise this is a enoying question with a possible verry long answer,
but please do help.
