You might want to ask the people who actually wrote Wincvs, who may
also knock around address@hidden, but have their own development
world. Their web page (http://www.wincvs.org/) certainly seems to
imply that 1.2 is the latest supported version, and that b6 suggests
that 1.3 is beta software which it probably shouldn't surprise you
happens to crash.
