It would add your file tree to the tip of the vendor branch. You will
then need to perform a merge on the trunk. Something like
$ cd some/where/clean
$ cvs checkout -j<last import tag> -j<current import tag> <module>
$ cd <module>
fix conflicts
$ cvs commit
This is in the manual, under "Tracking sources".
