Running cvs 1.11.1p1 on AIX 4.3.3.
$CVSROOT/CVSROOT/config contains:
LockDir=/opt/sw_repositories/cvs_locks
However check-ins fail with:
cvs [commit aborted]: could not open lock file
`/opt/sw_repositories/cvs_kc135_GATM/CVSROOT/,config,': Permission denied
What am I missing here???
