Correct message of an old Commit

It's aivailable  to  correct an message  in a  old  commit.

I have a  file   where  in en  I  have write

/*
 * $Log$
*/

So  I  had stupid  idea to writ e in message of commit "Adding  $Log$ Tag"


So now, they  add Log content  where I have add  this tag (good) but also on
the line  of log  where  they found $Log$. (not so  good).


How can  I  modify an  old entries  of  comment ?
