Search the archives of this email list. This question was raised less than
two weeks ago (hint: checking email archives before asking a question is
*always* considered proper etiquette).

Disclaimers like this in a public list are absolutely ridiculous. I would
question their value even on private emails. Please ask your administrators
to remove this tag line when posting to public forums. There are some people
who will refuse to answer questions when these disclaimers are displayed (I
used to, but then I figured out how ineffectual they are so now I just
ignore them).
