You did not look good enough.

   cvshome.org -> cvs downloads -> binaries is the right place to look.

Anyway, I did not find binaries on the nongnu site yet, either.

Personally, I doubt that although it seems this is what you want.
Furthermore, I ask myself if you have to answer *every* question to cvs
with an advertisement to cvsnt. Do you so desperately need new
customers?

Don't get me wrong, I like it if you "redirect" users of cvsnt to your
mailing lists, or tell people who need something which is best solver
with your extensions. Anyway, there are many people you would be
completely satisfied with the cvshome version. I don't see any benefit
in trying to "convert" them to cvsnt other than recruiting possible
future customers.
