It is not really all that simple unless something like the GNU xargs -0
switch is used to specify the separator between arguments as NUL ('\0')
and '/' (which is the filename separator) are about the only illegal
characters right now for a filename.
Feel free to submit a patch for a CVSROOT/config option to do something
like this or at least open a bug on savannah.nongnu.org for CVS to
consider.
