That could be it. The user name will be stored in CVS\Root, so you may
need to run the newcvsroot.sh script in the 'contrib' directory to
change the root. Either that, or just delete the working directory (make
sure there are no uncommitted changes first!), reconfigure netbeans and
do a fresh checkout.
