How do I get the MD5 or SHA1 hash of all versions of all files in a
given repository?
I've got a bunch of files that came from a CVS repository, but I
updated them randomly, so I have no idea which version of each file I have.
In some cases, I've edited the files myself.
I figure getting the hash of all versions of all files and then
hashing my own files will give me at least some idea of what I have.
