Hi
I am trying CVS. My plan is install CVS server on Linux and use it from Windows
client. The Linux server is a Mandriva Linux 2009 installed in a VirtualBox on
my Windows Vista laptop downloaded from here:
http://virtualboximages.com/Mandriva-Linux-Free-KDE-2009.1-Beta. Then I
installed CVS from Linux's Configure Your Computer/Install and Remove Software.
The CVS server seems working fine on Linux.
Now how can I use CVS from my host machine, which is a Windows Vista? Below is
the Linux IP address on the VirtualBox. The external Internet address is:
99.237.168.113. I got it from www.whatismyip.com. This is the same ip address
as the host, my Windows Vista.
address@hidden CVSROOT]# /sbin/ifconfig
