Hello hackers,

GLOBAL-6.6.7 is a bug fix release.

This is a trivial fix, but I release it because it reduces the waste
of time for those who use the pygment plugin parser.

GLOBAL is a source code tagging system that works the same way across
diverse environments, for example, emacs, vi, less, bash, web browser
and etc. It is useful for hacking a large project.

[FIXED BUGS]
o Pygments-enabled gtags failed to start. Now it works.
  (Changed the shebang of pygments_parser.py.in from '#!/usr/bin/env python'
  to '#!@PYTHON@'.)
