4.1.0 Release Candidate: gnats-4_1_0-rc2

Release candidate rc2 is available in the CVS repository, tagged
gnats-4_1_0-rc2.  There has been a substantial cleanup, multiple bug
fixes, and performance enhancements in this release candidate.  Please
test and report any bugs you have to address@hidden and indicate
the "Release" you're using.

If you would like a patch included before the official release of
4.1.0, send it to address@hidden
