GNU Event: [CHANGED] RMS will speak on 2001-03-19 in Brasilia, Brazil

This event was announced eariler, but there has been a change in the details,
and thus we are announcing it again.

Richard M. Stallman will deliver a speech, entitled "The Free Software
Movement and the GNU/Linux Operating System", on Monday 19 March 2001 at
University of Brasilia (Universidade de Brasilia), Asa Norte.

This speech will be delivered in English, with translations available into
Portuguese, French and Germany..

There is no charge to attend, but registration at
http://www.softwarelivre.org.br is required.

At the Unviersity, the speech will held at the Centro Comunitario, which
is next to the UnB Library.
