Richard M. Stallman will deliver a speech, entitled "The Free Software
Movement and the GNU/Linux Operating System", on Wednesday 31 October
2001 starting at 16:30.  The event will be held at University of Chicago,
Chicago, IL, USA.

This speech will be delivered in English.

GNU stickers will be available without charge.

The event will be held in Max Palevsky Cinema in Ida Noyes Hall.  This is
located at 1212 East 59th Street Chicago, IL 60637.  Enter from 59th
street. walk into the building, and straight ahead is Max Palevsky Theater.
Go up a short stair, and follow the righ curving wall.  Go up the stairs
again (into the Theater), and the podium will be front/center.
