GNU archimedes 1.2.0 released

Hello everybody,

I have the GREAT pleasure to let you know that the version 1.2.0 of Archimedes has been released!

Archimedes is the GNU package for submicron and mesoscopic devices simulations.

In this version you find:

- minor bug fixes

- various scattering effects can be set to ON and OFF to simulate ballistic transport

- PARABOLIC BAND implemented

- FULL BAND approach completely implemented and tested

- parabolic, Kane and Full band tested

- some code cleanings
