Converting mutt aliases to BBDB

I have gazillion E-Mail addressess in my mutt aliases-file. I'd like to
import them to The Insidious Big Brother Database. I just haven't found
a good way to do it:

abook can read mutt aliases. It can write that to many formats and at
least two of them seemed such format that could be imported to BBDB. But
I became quickly dissatisfied.

abook writes such CSV-file, tha lookout.el can not use it at all. abook
can write valid VCard-file but, bbdb-vcard.el can snarf only first entry
from buffer or one entry from marked region.

So, what should I do? Maybe it easier to fix that bbdb-vcard.el so that
it can snarf all VCard entries from one file full of VCard-entries. Any
takers?
