Ok, I see.  I think this should do the trick (untested):

(add-to-list 'mm-text-html-renderer-alist
             '(conqueror mm-inline-render-with-file
                         nil "conqueror" file))
(setq mm-text-html-renderer 'conqueror)

Then, `K H' should open conqueror with the mail.
