Sorry, for missing info:

GNU Emacs 25.1.1 (x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, X toolkit, Xaw3d scroll bars)
 of 2016-12-01, modified by Debian

emacslient is run with X tunneling.


(Never thought I'd be telling Malcolm and Ilya the same thing... :-)
