java2html 1.6

Hi

        I released the version 1.6 of Java2html; here are the major changes:

- A fix for the bug of /* comment in another environment, 
- new --header and --footer options that allow you to specify files to
be included at the beginning and at the end of the generated document, 
- and use of GNU gengetopt for command line parsing.
