Mtools 3.9.10 is released, and can currently be found at the following
places:

This is mostly a maintainance release which packages the patches of
the last two years. It fixes a couple of bugs in the following areas:
- Stability (long directory entries, FAT integrity, memory leaks etc.)
- Floppyd (better locking algorithm, support for multiple drives)
- CYGWIN compatibility (supply O_BINARY flag)
- XDF fixes
