GNU Sather 1.3-beta-3 released

Hi there,

I did it this very evening: beta 3 is uploaded and ready to get and 
test. Unfortunately the URL is a little ugly:

http://cipmaster.physik.uni-erlangen.de/~snnoneme/sather-1.3-beta-3.bz2

On my machine it compiles fine (-O is already in place for Linux...) 
and some quick tests on tiny programs seemed to be a tasty bit for the 
cute little sacomp...
