problems with "make optional"

hey ...

New to Sather!

Compiler is working => sacomp

Compiling C for Browser...
make -C Bin/sabrowse.code
make[2]: Entering directory
gcc  -I.  -O2  -I/usr/X11R6/include/X11/ -L/usr/X11R6/lib/
fatal error: tcl.h: No such file or directory compilation
terminated. make[2]: *** [c_interface.o] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving
make[1]: *** [browser] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory
`/home/dnormandin/Programming/Sather/sather-1.2.3' make: ***
[optional] Error 2

I think that I have to nuke a file *before* trying to re-compile,
but I don't know (and can't find) which one.

tcl.h *is* on my system, but probably not in the usual spot because
I'm running Ubuntu 11.1 or something.

Any help / ideas would be appreciated!
