the users need access to ther other files in the jail. If the user doesn't
have the rights to see sftp-server for example, the sftp session will not
function.

However, you can try to play with the permissions of /home (assuming your
users are in /home/username). You might want to remove read or execute on
/home (I'm not sure which is required).
