Hello,

he can see /backup/jail/etc/passwd
but not /etc/passwd

he can also see the list of of user accounts in /backup/jail/home/

Is this normal?

if you did setup the jail correctly, this /etc/ is not the real one but
a fake one

this is only possible if you make /home/ww1 the jail directory. The
software that a user uses needs to be visible to the user.
