[Ring] Gitlab mirroring

Hi,

We are pleased to announce a new Ring's repositories mirroring on a Gitlab 
server hosted by Savoir-faire Linux [1].
This gives you an altenative way to browse the Ring code here.

As on Github, it's only for code browsing and we don't support PR/MR on these 
servers.
Our GIT manager and code review tool is Gerrit [2] and it's our way to accept 
your great contributions.
Please, take a look to this description [3] for basic usages of Gerrit or 
altenatively you can use the "git-review" tool.
