[Ring] Account recovery

Hi. I had created an account in the program ring, but I got out of it, 
and I don't know how to log back in. I don't have a key file or 
temporary password, if I understood correctly then a temporary password 
can be obtained from under a valid account. I had to register a new 
account to work.
How does the system restore registered accounts, for example, after 
reinstalling the system?
My first account is Sgy-x2
