We had a some NLNet people recommending us to adopt a code of conduct. I reused
one from https://www.contributor-covenant.org/, see
https://pagure.io/JShelter/webextension/blob/main/f/code_of_conduct.md.
I do not think that we have problems of this sort but it is better having this
document. Michael, I nominated you to assist me in handling enforcement.
