Removing that line allowed qmake to finish.

make also returns an error:

hamlibclass.h:9:10: fatal error: hamlib/rig.h: No such file or directory
 #include <hamlib/rig.h>
          ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.

I'm headed out the door as well, so I will look at it tomorrow, and possibly get to trying it on another computer at home.

It is a potential format error in that file that may cause what you are seeing.

As it is a debug line, you can simply remove it and you should be able to build KLog.

I have not my computer close to me so I will try to check it tomorrow and release another package with that line fixed so it  builds in all linux distros.
