Unfortunately:

 - freq has only 3 decimals.

 - It is not possible to add a RST over 9.

    dB can be used in digital modes only.

The good news is that there is a power entry field in the my data tab.

Is that power input not valid for you?

I've just installed latest version on Mint 20 and entered some test data, aprox. 16 contacts to see how it goes.

-How do I enter manually a contact frequency such as 18.116,80? It is not 18.116 or 18.117!
