I guess either would work, as long as it's the same version as the KDE
you have installed, but kmldonkey is primarily developed for KDE 3.1, so
I can't make any guarantees about earlier versions, and I'd recommend
3.1 in general too. Basically, you'll only need to install the devel
package for kdelibs, which will depend on anything else you should need
(such as Qt and Xlibs).
