nope, it's not fixed for me :
- find an existing record (anyone)
- edit it
- in, say, field 200, you have subfield $a, $b and $f that are filled. All
other ($c,$d,$e) are not mandatory and not filled.
- the field display :
200 main responsability :
    $a xxxxxx
    $b yyyyyyyy
    $f zzzzzzzzzz

click on main responsability and you get :
200 main responsability :
    $c _______________
    $d _______________
    $e _______________
a, b and c are now hidden.

click again and you're back with a, b, c

It's a problem in 2 ways : 
- strange to have only partial subfields
- impossible to move up/down subfields.

The previous behaviour was better :
200 main responsability :
    $a xxxxxx
    $b yyyyyyyy
    $f zzzzzzzzzz

clic on main responsaiblity :
200 main responsability :
    $a xxxxxx
    $b yyyyyyyy
    $c _______________
    $d _______________
    $e _______________
    $f zzzzzzzzzz

click again :
200 main responsability :
(no subfield display, limit size taken on the screen
