1. I think maybe it displays "It works!" which means you are seeing
debian's sites-enabled/default instead of the web installer.
You need to correct something in /etc/apache2 and/or koha-httpd.conf
but I'm not sure what.  If you followed the koha's INSTALL files,
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/ pages about Virtual Hosts
may help.

2. this list is for translations.  Please ask on the main koha list
with more detail.
