Thanks for your reply!

I look in the log file but i can't locate the appropiate line for the
error...so I make a copy, delete the log and retry to see if there any new
record in the log file...result: nothing. 

Other thing I tried was to replace the circ2.pm of my current version of
Koha (2.2.8) for a newer one (2.2.9)...result: nothing.

There is a strange thing that I forgot to mencionate: when I fill the "fine"
field in the issuing rule matrix (i.e. "10,7,7") and after saving the field
shows "10.000000,7"...I don't know if this is an error or not.

I will really appreciate any guide!
