I don't think that they are available. Hurd on L4 is in really early
stage of development, so it rather does not make sense to provide ISO
images (of course, I may be wrong).
You can always build your own ISO or harddisk image using this script ->
http://80.55.221.90/~gajownik/hurd/hinhi/ (it does not require root
privileges). Right now it cannot compile libc, though :/
