iconv exists on all of the libcdio platforms (and others not supported
by libcdio).

By the way I was referring to that existing unitialized CD-Text bug
that had been fixed; not suggesting that any major work (on my part)
would be done to fix outstanding issues. That said, this is not to let
me stop others from stepping up.
