Thanks for the useful additions. I have committed your code with a number of
changes. Some I feel more strongly about than others which are more a matter
of style.
We should probably discuss off list since I don't think others will be much
interested.
There were no tests included and I didn't add any. So it is likely that I
broke things. Some sort of tests need to be added.
Also important to note is that the mmc source code is getting reorganized
hopefully to be able to accommodate the growth and changes that have been
occurring. I will post another email about that.

Since they are out there and until the Standards folks reuse the profile
numbers for something else, I think they should stay.

Thomas is referring to the the source code file location for glossary
section of Reference Manual/Guide that documents libcdio; specifically a
portion that he recently added. An outdated version which doesn't have any
of his changes is available online:
