To test with remake is on my todo list.

But i am testing on behalf of the users or packagers of future
libcdio-0.83.
So i have to start from a vanilla FreeBSD and act according to
the instructions in README.libcdio which prescribes:
"BSD
 ---

Unless you use --without-versioned-libs (not recommended), you need to
use GNU make which usually can be found under the name "gmake".

If you use another make you are likely to get problems linking libcdio
 and libiso9660.
"

If libcdio testing depends on remake, shouldn't it then actually
enforce this ?

How about including a copy of remake in libcdio and build it
before libcdio gets built by the resulting remake ?
(Not necessarily with this release, as it is not a show stopper.)

Apart from this issue, it seems that libcdio is ripe for release
on the tested operating systems.

Have a nice day :)

Thomas
