A few addons, for the sake of completion:

o A quick search for the other macros that don't begin with HAVE_ (such 
as PACKAGE_###, AC_APPLE_UNIVERSAL_BUILD, etc) seem to indicate that 
they aren't used in any of the API headers

o /include/cdio++ doesn't seem to use any of the cdio_config.h defines

o Removing the need for cdio_config.h will also remove the need for 
cdio_unconfig.h, which is a desirable outcome.
