Seems to be quite pre-MMC.
But it contributes an opinion to the question, whether CD+G is tied to
program area R-W sub-channels: According to this text it probably is.

I have to point out the merits of Leon Merten Lohse, who provided me
with pointers to well hidden documentation and lots of knowledge about
CD-TEXT.
After all, this was my third attempt to find out what CD-TEXT is all
about.
Only remaining riddles seem to be the questions whether pack type 0x89
is indeed Mode-5 Q sub-channel "Playback Skip Interval", and whether
a burn software is supposed to produce pack type 0x88 with table-of-content
information. (Why would this copy of the CD's TOC be needed ?)
