Update:
I just fixed the CD-Text parsing bug and ran the existing unit test.
Result: it failed.

I investigated a little further and found (among others) this:
0000550 203 001 024 017   e   n  \0   u   n   k   n   o   w   n  \0   M

So it seems we already had a test case to demonstrate the bug. I just
never looked carefully enough and provided it incorrect expected
output.

I will provide a patch after work today.
