I think I noticed the lack of allocation descriptor chains right from the
very beginning, in 2003
( says this was
added in 2.50) and said nothing to see if anyone noticed.

My laziness has paid off !  Until now.

If you look at the activity in libudf, I think you'll find no one other
than myself has ever touched that and I haven't either for the last 8 years.

That said, this project has always been open source and has gone in
directions that were never of interest to me, such as cdtext handling, or
cdda in general.

So feel free to add to this and fix things up if you are interested in
doing so.
