    Basic implementation of expression templates.
    
    Implementation for Dynamic vectors only. Needs to be extended to all 
dynamic-like
    vectors (i.e. Resizable).
    
    Requires Vector (which has no data) to be constructed from its bsae class, 
in order
    for operators to work.  This feature is dangerous!!
