Cool, looks like a very nice start. I've added it to SVN HEAD. Looking over
it casually I think a few things (spelling, use of GNU coding conventions in
examples) should be improved, but this is a really good starting point. Let
me know if you plan to still work on it (then I'll give you SVN access so
that you can continue to edit it directly).
I'll probably put it on the webpage once I had a chance to actually read the
whole thing...
